Actor: These volunteers will help the Kids Ministry and act as shepherds in the Journey to Bethlehem area.
Christmas Train Monitor: These volunteer will monitor the boarding of the train, as well as monitor the line while people wait.
Clean Up Team: These volunteers will help clean up after the event is over.
Coffee & Cocoa Distributor: These volunteers will help distribute coffee and hot chocolate to attendees in the atrium.
Cookie Decorating Monitor: These volunteers will help the Preschool Ministry monitor the cookie decorating stations in Reid Hall.
Fire Truck Monitor: These volunteers will supervise the safe use of the fire pits on the main lawn.
Food Truck Monitor: These volunteers will help monitor the food truck lines.
Greeter: These volunteers will help greet guests as they arrive.
Hallway Guide: These volunteers will help the Kids Ministry guide attendees through the Journey to Bethlehem (in the Kids ministry area) by pointing them in the correct direction and facilitating the flow of people.
Inflatable Monitors: These volunteers will help the Student Ministry in supervising and managing the safe use of the inflatables in Reid Hall.
Lights Setup: These volunteers will help us set up lights in our outdoor gathering areas.
Room Setup Team: These volunteers will help the Missions Ministry transition Reid Hall from the Preschool activities to the Missions activities.
Ornament Craft Monitor: These volunteers will help the Preschool Ministry monitor the ornament craft stations in Reid Hall.
Parking Lot: These volunteers will help manage parking for the event.
S’more Distributor: These volunteers will help distribute s’mores kits to attendees in the atrium.
Sound Stage Setup: Current Tech Team Volunteers only. These volunteers will help us setup the sound stage in the atrium.
Tree Setup: These volunteers will help set up the tree on the front lawn.
Worship Center Setup: These volunteers will help the Student Ministry take all the chairs out of the worship center and get it set up for the event.
