What is Mission 931? It’s a local mission experience that allows our students to see the needs in our own area code and respond in Christ-like love. Due to the growth in the size of our Student Ministry, as well as the large numbers of students wanting to serve, this year Mission 931 will be for Middle Schoolers only (6th – 8th grade)! High Schoolers have the opportunity to serve in New Orleans, LA, so make sure to check out that Station Hill Students Mission Journey if you are in 9th – 12th grade!

COST & REGISTRATION

Cost: $80 | A deposit of $25 is due with the registration.

Cost includes transportation, shirt, and lunch for your student from Monday, June 17, through Wednesday, June 19.

ADULTS 

Are you interested in leading students at Mission 931? We would love to have you join us! We need leaders willing to help lead students in serving and in a small group setting, as well as adults comfortable driving a 12-passenger van. If you are interested in being an adult volunteer for one day or all three, please email Jason Gossett at [email protected].

STUDENT TRAINING

Before heading out to serve, each student will be required to complete the training components in preparation:

PARENT MEETING

We’ll go over important details, the week’s schedule, and more. This will also be an opportunity to make any final payments and submit all required paperwork before check-in on the day of departure. Please make plans to join us!

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT or LEADER:

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than the parent meeting on Wednesday, June 12.

  • 2024 Medication Form – if your student has medication. If needed, please print and turn it in to the nurse at check-in on June 17.
  • 2024 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EpiPen this form is required. If needed, please print and turn it in to the nurse at check-in on June 17.
  • 2024  DIGITAL Time Away – if your student will not be taking church-provided transportation, and/or will be arriving late or leaving early from New Orleans. Students arriving late must be brought by an adult to Mission Lab. Students may not fly to New Orleans unaccompanied unless the family has an approved guardian that is willing to pick them up and bring them to Mission Lab. Students leaving early must also be picked up by a parent or guardian from Mission Lab. This form is due to the Student Ministry office no later than Wednesday, June 12.*

Additional paperwork may be required for your student’s serving location. We will update this website with any additional forms as serving locations are finalized.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel, please notify Jason Gossett as soon as possible at 615-850-3104 or [email protected]. Due to trip costs already incurred, there will be no refunds for cancellations* after registration closes on Sunday, June 2, except under special circumstances as determined by the ministers.

*Does not apply to extenuating circumstances, such as a death of a family member, sickness, or other physical illness.
