The Mental Health Caregivers Support Group is a Christ-focused group for those with loved ones who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition. We are a confidential group of individuals who have endured many lonely times facing the struggles of caring and loving those diagnosed without the support of others. Our goal is to offer a place of refuge and understanding to others in this journey. All in the group are people who deal with these issues daily from first-hand experience and believe that “with God, all things are possible.” Our goal is to become more empowered with the help of the Holy Spirit to love, understand, and support each other and to also gain a better understanding of how to deal with and help our loved ones in their struggles.
We will limit the initial meetings to just the caregivers and families of the person suffering the mental problems.
This group meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in Room 102.
