Actor: These volunteers will help the Kids Ministry and act as shepherds in the Journey to Bethlehem area.
Hay Ride Monitor: These volunteer will monitor the boarding of the hay ride, as well as monitor the line while people wait.
Clean Up Team: These volunteers will help clean up after the event is over.
Cocoa Distributor: These volunteers will help distribute hot chocolate to attendees in the atrium.
Cookie Decorating Monitor: These volunteers will help the Preschool Ministry monitor the cookie decorating stations in Reid Hall.
Food Donation Helpers: These helpers will monitor the food drop off station and help load the Well donation truck.
Greeter: These volunteers will help greet guests as they arrive.
Hallway Guide: These volunteers will help the Kids Ministry guide attendees through the Journey to Bethlehem (in the Kids ministry area) by pointing them in the correct direction and facilitating the flow of people.
Inflatable Monitors: These volunteers will help the Student Ministry in supervising and managing the safe use of the inflatables on the front lawn.
Lights Setup: These volunteers will help us set up lights in our outdoor gathering areas.
Preschool Craft Monitor: These volunteers will help the Preschool Ministry monitor the craft stations in Reid Hall.
Parking Lot: These volunteers will help manage parking for the event.
S’more Distributor: These volunteers will help distribute s’mores kits to attendees in the atrium.
Popcorn Distributor: These volunteers will help distribute popcorn to attendees in the atrium.
Tak Pack Helpers: These volunteers will help organize and facilitate the packing of Tak Packs, our missions project for the event!
