Middle East

Evelyn is working with a team that disciples church leaders among an unreached people group. She is responsible for the finance and administrative work to support her team as they work with leaders in multiple countries.

PRAYER NEEDS

• Pray that God will open doors for her team to start a business that will benefit the community, invest in people, and share the Gospel with them.
• Pray for Evelyn as she starts life in a new city.
• Pray that God will show her how He wants her to invest in the community, and that He will provide intentional relationships with locals, and Biblical community.
• Pray that God will soften hearts to the Gospel, that barriers will be broken down, and that people will come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
• Pray for a lady weighed down by immense hurt from her upbringing and previous marriage. She has shared a lot of these things with me, and I see in her a deep desire for hope, freedom, healing, and peace. She is searching for answers, and she doesn’t believe Islam has all those answers, but she isn’t ready to completely let go of the religion she grew up in. I am praying she would feel conviction of sin and see her need for Jesus, at the same time seeing that He is the only source of true healing, hope and freedom.
• Pray that Evelyn will be dependent on the Lord in everything she does and remind her that He will provide for all of her needs.
• For continued language learning and adjustment to a new culture and way of life.
• For finding ways to build relationships with neighbors and getting plugged into the community.
