What We Believe
Scripture is abundantly clear that we are to teach, train and lead the next generation in the ways of the Lord. (Deuteronomy 6:6-9, Psalm 78:1-4, Proverbs 22:6, Matthew 28:18-20, Ephesians 6:4) We believe the best way to do this is by supporting and equipping families in leading children towards life transformation by building a solid foundation of biblical truth by providing high quality, biblically accurate and age-appropriate teaching through participation in discipleship, worship and missions.
Welcome! We’re happy that you’re going to visit! Please stop by the Children’s Welcome Desk on the second floor to check your child in. Complete an information card and then we’ll print two name tags for you. The name tags will print with your child’s name, any allergies they may have and the location of their classroom. Place one name tag on your child and keep the other to present when picking up your child. We’ll also show you where your child’s class is located and introduce you to his or her teachers.
Throughout the year, we provide several special events and discipleship opportunities. These include activities like the Family Christmas Celebration, Living Last Supper (Easter), Kids Camp, 5th Grade Mission Journey, and Vacation Bible School (summer). While we do have several events scheduled throughout the year, we want to make sure that our programs and events offer a purpose that align with the mission and vision of our church while also making sure you have plenty of time to enjoy together as a family.
We believe that worship is a response that comes from the overflow of our walk with Christ. While children will be led in worship on Sunday's and Wednesday's in the children's ministry, we love for children to attend worship corporately with the church. We believe corporate worship is a great place to learn why we worship and this happens best when families worship together. See our Family Worship Guide for more details.
Safety and Security
When your child is on the campus of our church, his or her safety is our top priority. We have trained security volunteers as well as extensive emergency policies and procedures. If you would like to know more, click here.
