Student LIFEGroups

Each Wednesday. 6:30pm to 7:45ish. In Reid Hall.

Student LIFEGroups is a place for students to know and be known; to belong and to participate; to discuss Scripture and work towards applying His truth in our everyday living.

Our time will consist of WORSHIP together and SMALL GROUPS by grade and gender.

All students in grades 6th thru 12th are invited and welcome.

We will start at 6:30pm in Reid Hall. This is a time to gather, worship, study the Bible, and do life together.

WHAT TO EXPECT

For WORSHIP:  We will gather in Reid Hall, where chairs will be distanced and students are strongly encouraged to keep physical distance. Cloth face masks/coverings will be required for all participants. You can see more safety protocols below.

For SMALL GROUPS: Students will move into rooms with a limited number of participants to ensure physical distancing. Because of the space, cloth face masks/coverings will be required for all participants. You can see more safety protocols below.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

In this COVID-19 season, please be aware of the following: each student and leader present is asked to wear a cloth face mask.

As we move inside, some new protocols and procedures will guide our time.

• Face masks for students are required inside buildings during student programming.
• Social Distancing is required, which is maintaining at least six feet of distance from anyone who is not in your household.
• Worship seating will be arranged and/or marked to promote adequate social distancing, per campus.
• All student worship gathering venues will be limited to 50% of their normal occupancy.
• Hand sanitizing stations will be available.

By attending, you realize and accept the risks associated with gathering indoors during a pandemic.

Our adult leaders will be screened as they arrive with a temperature check and screening questions.

Each person should self-screen before attending any activity, meeting, or event. If you can answer “yes” to any of the following, please stay home. This is a simple way to love your neighbor and show compassion. As a best practice, if you did not attend school because of symptoms or exposure, please do not attend a student gathering.

• Have you been in close contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
• Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
• Are you experiencing sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath?
• Have you experienced a new loss of taste and/or smell?
• Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?
