What is Mission 931? It’s a local mission experience that allows our students to see the needs in our own area code and respond in Christ-like love.

COST & REGISTRATION

Cost: $80 | A deposit of $25 is due with the registration.

Cost includes transportation, shirt, and lunch for your student from Monday, June 12, through Wednesday, June 14.

931 STUDENT REGISTRATION

ADULTS 

Are you interested in leading students at Mission 931? We would love to have you join us! We need leaders willing to help lead students in serving and in a small group setting, as well as adults comfortable driving a 12-passenger van. If you are interested in being an adult volunteer for one day or all three, please email Jason Gossett at [email protected].

STUDENT TRAINING

Before heading out to serve, each student will be required to complete the training components in preparation:

  • Sunday, June 11, at 12:30 p.m. Students will gather in Reid Hall on the Station Hill campus for 931 training.

REQUIRED FORMS

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT or LEADER:

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than the parent meeting on Monday, June 5.

  • 2023 DIGITAL Student Release Form (*if you have not filled out a digital student release in 2023, you must submit a new release form even if you have completed a paper version.)
    –or–
  • 2023 DIGITAL Adult Release Form  (*if you have not filled out a digital adult release in 2023, you must submit a new release form even if you have completed a paper version.)

-AND-

  • A copy of your insurance card (this can be emailed to Dee Compton at [email protected]).

OTHER FORMS:

  • 2023 Medication Form – if your student has medication. If needed, please print and turn it in to the nurse at check-in on Monday, June 12.
  • 2023 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EpiPen this form is required. If needed, please print and turn in to the nurse at check-in on Monday, June 12.
  • 2023  DIGITAL Time Away – if your student will not be taking church-provided transportation, and/or will be arriving late or leaving early from 931. *This form is due to the Student Ministry office no later than Monday, June 5.*

Additional paperwork may be required for your student’s serving location. We will update this website with any additional forms as serving locations are finalized.

**Paperwork can be turned in at any time before Monday, June 12, to the Student Ministry office.**

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel, please notify Jason Gossett as soon as possible at 615-850-3104 or [email protected]. Due to trip costs already incurred, there will be no refunds for cancellations* after registration closes on Wednesday, May 31, except under special circumstances as determined by the ministers.

*Does not apply to extenuating circumstances, such as a death of a family member, sickness, or other physical illness.
