Join us for Fall Retreat and 6th Grade Escape! This year we’re headed to Jonathan Creek Camp in Hardin, Kentucky. We’ll have worship, Bible study, and many opportunities of fellowship. Don’t miss this awesome Student Ministry experience! Registration will go LIVE Wednesday, September 6 at 4:00 p.m.!

FALL RETREAT COST: $263
SIBLING DISCOUNT: $224 (only applies if you are registering more than one child – does not apply to first child registering, but will apply to the second child)
DEPOSIT: $50 | Due at Registration

Cost includes lodging, transportation, all meals, and activities at camp.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

We are so incredibly excited that your student is joining us for our Fall Retreat and 6th Grade Escape weekend! Jesus has so much in store for us and we can’t wait to come home sharing the stories.

Registration looks a little different this year, so check out the instructions below for a full walkthrough.

Registering for Fall Retreat and 6th Grade Escape

The biggest shifts this year are: (1) you can register all your students at once on one registration and (2) we’re bringing back a sibling discount. Our hope is that these help make the process much easier for you as parents!

To register your student:

  1. Fill out your student’s contact information at the top of the page.
  2. Look for the registration options for the trip your student will be attending and then select whether you would like to pay the full balance or just pay the $50 deposit today (Note: balances will be sent to you before Wednesday, November 15, for final payment).
  3. Select the appropriate sibling discount, if applicable. *The sibling discount does NOT apply to your FIRST registered student, but each additional student that you register.
  4. Complete the remainder of the student information, including details on food allergies, medical needs, and two friends they would like to room with.
  5. Confirm you understand there are required forms for the trip, and you’ll submit those (Note: we will be offering both print and digital options to submit forms this year).
  6. Fill out the parent information section if this is the first registrant, or select that you have previously given this information if this is an additional registrant
  7. Either continue via the “Register and Checkout” button or select “Add Another Person” if you have more students to register.

From there, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and we’ll follow up with more details about required forms! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Anna at [email protected].

*Please note a $50 deposit is due at time of registration to secure a spot. After registering with the deposit, you’ll be able to make multiple credit or debit card payments toward your student’s remaining balance as needed. Simply log in to your account on our church website at Brentwood.church, click on the My Purchase History, then click on the Invoice for Fall Retreat to make a payment. Full payment is due by the day of departure.

ADULT REGISTRATION

Please note that we will have a leader meeting on Tuesday, November 7, at 6:30 p.m. on the Brentwood Campus in Hudson Hall. Enter at Door G. All leaders are requested to attend.

 

REQUIRED FORMS

Please complete and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than Tuesday, November 7. This year Medical Release Forms are digital. We will still need a copy of your insurance card turned into the Student Ministry office. You can email a copy of your student’s insurance card to Anna Brackins-Gilmore at [email protected].

**If you have already been on a 2023 student trip, we should still have your paperwork on file. If you have questions about paperwork, please email Anna Brackins-Gilmore at [email protected] or call at 615.324.6126**

 

REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR EACH STUDENTS and LEADERS:

  • 2023 Medication Form – if your student has medication. Please turn in a physical copy to the nurse at check-in on Friday, November 17.
  • 2023 EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN this form is required. Please turn in a physical copy to the nurse at check-in on Friday, November 17.
  • 2023 DIGITAL Time Away Form – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, arriving late to camp (including the late bus for students who are required to be at Friday evening school events), or leaving early from camp. (You can complete a digital Time Away Form to [email protected]Due no later than Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

We will be collecting paperwork and a copy of insurance cards at the parent meeting in Hudson Hall (Brentwood Campus):

  • Tuesday, November 7, 2023 | 6:00-6:30 PM | Hudson Hall

**Paperwork can be turned in on/before Tuesday, November 7, to your campus Student Ministry office.**

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find you need to cancel, please notify Anna Brackins-Gilmore in the Student Ministry Office as soon as possible at 615-324-6126 or [email protected]. Before Friday, November 3, you will receive a full refund. After Friday, November 3, the deposit is non-refundable (except in circumstances such as the death of a family member, COVID related sickness/quarantine, or other physical illness). This is due to trip costs already incurred.
