5:22 Student Group

5:22 is a new student group for Sunday evenings! It meets twice a month on select Sunday nights from 5:22pm to 7:30pm at Station Hill.

5:22 specifics for 10/17:

Theme: HOCO = Homecoming! Rep your school or team’s swag.

Snack: Walking Tacos

Game: TBD

Study: Galatians 5:22  =  Joy, a fruit of the Spirit

What is 5:22?

5:22 has two main points of emphasis:

• Galatians 5:22 (and 23) which says “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, ²³ gentleness, and self-control. The law is not against such things.”
• 5:22 is the gathering time for this group. This is after the 4:00pm service and is a place for students to be, belong, grow, and have fun while parents participate in Sunday evening LifeGroups.

5:22 is another opportunity for students to connect, laugh, pray, be, discuss the gospel, and do life together.

At 5:22, the gospel of Jesus will be proclaimed, fun will be had, and opportunities for leadership and ownership will abound.

when is 5:22?

5:22 will meet two times most months. Dates will be selected and posted by the team in advance. Be sure to check the calendar and social media to see the latest details!

When we meet, 5:22 will gather from 5:22pm until 7:22ish.

A typical evening at 5:22 will flow as follows:

• 5:22 – 5:50pm  Hang time with snacks available + games to play
• 5:50 – 6:45pm  Organized group activity
• 6:45 – 7:00pm  in the Word together
• 7:00 – 7:15pm  Response time, hang out, clean up
• 7:15 – 7:30pm  Pick up

Where does 5:22 meet?

As long as the weather cooperates, we will begin at 5:22pm on the front lawn at Station Hill. If weather is not conducive to meeting outdoors, we will start in Reid Hall.

Remember, we will only meet twice a month on the dates we have scheduled / advertised. This is NOT a weekly gathering.

How can i be part of 5:22?

If you are a student in grades 6th thru 12th, come on! We will help get you plugged in then and there.
