Mission 931 Student Mission Journey

Mission 931 registration will open March 27 at 5:00 PM for Grades 6-12 (Completed by June 2019).

This local mission journey allows our students to see the needs around them in Middle Tennessee and respond in Christ-like love. We'll spend three days in and around Spring Hill to serve people in our community for the sake of Jesus.

 


COST & PAYMENTS

COST: $55*
EARLY BIRD PRICING IS AVAILABLE FOR THE 1ST 15 REGISTERING - Pay the $20.00 deposit and the balance owed will show your discount. 

*Please note: all money given to pay for your student’s trip is noted on the person’s giving year-end contribution statement. Please note you will be able to make multiple credit card or debit card payments toward your student’s Mission931 journey. After registering you can log in to User Tools, click on the My Purchase History, then click on the Invoice for Mission931 to make a payment.

STUDENT TRAINING

Online training sessions are required and will be emailed to students and there will be one in-person training on Sunday, June 2 from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.

We will have a brief time of training and prep each morning before departure as well.


REQUIRED FORMS

Please download (under Important Documents on the right), complete, and turn in the following forms to your campus student ministry office no later than Wednesday, May 29.

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT:

  • Brentwood Baptist Church Student Medical Release (NOTARY required)

OTHER FORMS:

  • Medication Form - if your student has medication; and turned in at check in June 4.
  • EPIPEN Form – if your student has an EPIPEN is this form required; and turned in at check in June 3.
  • Time Away Form – if your student will not be taking church provided transportation, arriving late to camp, or leaving early from camp.  This MUST be turned in no later than Wednesday, May 29.

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY

If you find you need to cancel…
Due to trip cost already incurred, there will be no refunds for cancellations after May 26th after registration closes except under special circumstances as determined by the ministers. *Does not apply to extenuating circumstances, such as death of a family member or physical illness.
