Amy is originally from Willmar, MN. She received her B.A. in English from The University of Alaska Fairbanks and her M.A. in Communications from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. When she was 19, she took a leave of absence from college to serve as a student missionary in Ketchikan, Alaska. During that time, God impressed on her the importance of sharing the gospel using creative teaching methods. Later, as a student at Southwestern, she traveled with “The Company,” a ministry group that led creative worship experiences and workshops around the country.
Amy became a part of Brentwood Baptist Church in 2005. Since that time, she has continuously served in various capacities in the preschool ministry, at both the Brentwood and Station Hill campuses. Amy and her family were thrilled to be a part of Station Hill’s initial launch team in 2010.
Amy is married to Dale, and they have three wonderful children. In their free time, the Keys family enjoys hiking, camping, and roasting s’mores in the backyard.
